All of a sudden, I'm a lot more worried about the squash vine bores (SVB's). Here's a squash leaf with a tiny (1/4 of an inch long) bug in it. See how it's turning yellow?
There's a little hole there where the egg hatched and the grub ate its way in:
Open it up, and there's the worm causing all the damage if you can see it:
