I do wish I knew who the mother was!
This is my third and final attempt of the year. I moved her to the garden tonight. She could be from a 1,000 pound pumpkin with a decent lineage, or she could be a goof-ball seed left over from 2001. I'm just not sure.
This is the plant I pulled to make way for the new gal. She had pretty good genes, and had more or less recovered from the Fluffy rampage, but she just wasn't right.

It's up to you, John. You're now the decider (as opposed to GWB) of this scientific conundrum. It's a HUGE responsibility, but I'm confident you're the one that can decide it once and for all!

ps: No, really. I'm serious. I *do* think you're the decider, and I'm convinced that the NSA/FBI/DOJ spooks will not be after me (or you, I hope) due to this declaration!
pps: But I could be wrong. So if I go "missing", my fans and the rest of the world will at least now know why...
